No issues so far. Checked cable TV input and it is not watchable. So, recommended pairing it only with DTH(SD quality is just fine).
Update after 1-month usage
No issues so far. Sound quality is amazing. Tried full volume for MP3 music and it sounds great. MP3 interface is cool with equalizer available to edit the settings.
Played many movies via USB and it works great. Bought another 32 inches from same vendor.:-) I recently bought this TV(VU 40K16) on Ebay for 27K. It was very quickly delivered and installed by the Croma Team. I have been using it to watch HD channels and the quality is 100% on par with equivalent Sony/Samsung which is 2 times expensive.
Sound quality is amazing. Full volume is equivalent to any 2.1 speaker sound. This is way better compared to Sony LCD TV which I also own. It has all the connection options available, much more than other brands. 3 HDMI, 2 USB ports, plays any format you throw at it very easily.
Pros:
+ Cheap
+ Excellent sound and Picture
- 3 HDMI, 2 USB, VGA, etc
- In build digital media player, can play almost all the formats.
Cons:
- SD channels are not that good compared to a Sony, because it lacks the noise reduction circuit.
- Lesser known TV in the market. I bought it because I have seen the brand in USA. For anyone looking for a second TV, 32 inches is available for 17 K, and the quality it delivers for the price is excellent. For the price I will recommend this to anyone in the market.
